ARE YOU THE PERSON WHO CAN KEEP OUR YARD RUNNING?
Were looking for a Yard Operations Assistant someone who likes working outside, keeping things organized, and making sure equipment and materials are where they need to be. This isn't a desk job. One day you might be moving equipment around the yard, the next you're receiving deliveries, organizing parts and supplies, cleaning up work areas, or helping the farm team get ready for the next job. You might be a great fit if you:- Notice when something is out of place, and fix it
- Take pride in a clean, organized yard
- Are comfortable around trucks, tractors and farm equipment
- Do not require constant direction and supervison
- Are dependable and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Enjoy working outside and staying busy What you'll be responsible for:
- Organizing equipment and implements
- Receiving and putting away deliveries
- Keeping the yard, shop areas and storage areas clean
- Helping with basic equipment and facility upkeep
- Moving equipment and materials as required
- Snow removal and seasonal yard maintenance
- Supporting the farm and maintenance teams when needed We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the yard and takes pride in seeing it organized, safe and ready for work.
