Job Description

The School in Rose Valley seeks a part-time Human Resources Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations. Working closely with the Director of BusinessFinance, this role helps manage employee records, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, and human resources systems while supporting compliance and employee communication. This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the oldest progressive schools in the United States and be part of a collaborative and supportive community. Flexible daytime hours are available, and part-time employees are be eligible for tuition remission. Qualified candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with HR systems, payroll systems, mail merge and/or benefits administration is preferred. The School in Rose Valley is a progressive school serving preschool through sixth-grade students.
