Job Description

Overview The Box Office Attendant has primary responsibility for patron support during the box office operations of the CAC.
This includes serving:
sponsors, subscribers, single ticket buyers, and members of the general public for all ticket purchases. Qualifications
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent. Required
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years in hospitality or the service industry preferably in the performing arts. Required
ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. Required Calm and approachable manner with good customer service skills. Required Appropriate attire and demeanor to represent the CAC to the general public and audience. Required Attention to detail. Required Proficient at word processing, Excel, and able to become proficient with CAC ticketing software. Required Must be able to accommodate flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends. Required Responsibilities Provide patron support during the box office operations of the CAC to include serving sponsors, subscribers, single ticket buyers, and members of the general public for all ticket purchases. Ensure accurate and timely box office records reports. Manage customer phone calling and queuing as needed. Oversee online ticket sales. Direct any emails regarding Box Office to the CAC Director of Operations for response. Any emails or calls which come into the Box Office in other areas of CAC operations, direct immediately to the appropriate party for their response. Assist in overseeing box offices operations as requested by the CAC Director of Operations. Physical Standards and Special Job Features Lifting up to 50 lbs. Pay Transparency Hourly rate is $17.76.
