full-time Join Our Team Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting business growth? As an Agency Appointment Specialist , you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our agency partners by ensuring accurate onboarding, compliance, and agency administration. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute to important operational initiatives, and make a direct impact on the success of our distribution network. Note, this role is on a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 remote day each week out of either our Cleveland, OH or Southington, CT office What You'll Do Manage the onboarding, appointment, and maintenance of agency partners. Review agency applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy. Support compliance efforts by reviewing state laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Maintain agency records, including commission updates, authority changes, product access, and organizational updates. Utilize agency management systems and web-based tools to support daily operations. Coordinate information required for state appointments and regulatory filings. Partner with internal teams on research projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives. Ensure adherence to company guidelines, authority levels, and regulatory requirements. What You'll Bring Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, as well as Adobe and Point. Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The expected salary range for this role is $17/hr-$24.00/hr Why Join Us?
