Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for engaging with leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless communication flow. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help us build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth. Duties Make outbound calls to potential clients using professional phone etiquette to generate interest and set appointments Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone or online channels, providing clear information about services offered Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including client details, appointment schedules, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools or CRM systems Confirm scheduled appointments with clients, ensuring they have all necessary information and materials Follow up with leads who have not responded or scheduled appointments to maximize engagement opportunities Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions, concerns, or scheduling conflicts efficiently and professionally Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging Skills Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus for broader outreach Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor during outbound and inbound calls Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and resolving issues effectively Technical proficiency in using CRM software, data analysis tools, and computer systems for efficient workflow management Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail Outbound calling experience is preferred; strong analysis skills help optimize outreach strategies Basic cash handling knowledge is advantageous for certain client interactions Join us as an Appointment Setter where your proactive approach will help shape positive client experiences!
