is hiring an Assistant Operations Coordinator position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in conducting first-round phone interviews with driver candidates, assessing fit and answering initial questions about the role Assist in communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in coordinating hiring and termination processes Assist in managing
FMCSA DOT
regulatory compliance including driver qualification files, hours-of-service documentation, and safety compliance Help document and maintain internal policies and procedures for driver onboarding and compliance Support fleet utilization tracking and reporting Helping identify scheduling gaps and efficiency opportunities Assisting with company drivers with support via phone or in person and helping on schedule gaps when needed. Manage company social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator role Prior experience conducting interviews or screening candidates Experience managing or supervising other in some capacity Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to learn complex regulatory frameworks quickly Proficiency with technology, spreadsheets, and business software Reliable internet and quiet home workspace Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with DOT or FMCSA regulations Prior HR, recruiting, or onboarding experience Experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, or related fields (but not required!) Background in compliance or regulatory work Experience in managing social media accounts for a business

SCHEDULE
