Donnie needs a sharp, organized partner to run the business side so he can focus on the stage. This is a real growth opportunity. You will start on commission, and as you prove results, your commission rate increases and a W2 position becomes possible. What you will do Book shows: respond to inbound inquiries quickly, close bookings, and manage the pipeline from first contact to signed agreement Find new opportunities: research and reach out to churches, event planners, comedy clubs, and companies that are a fit for Donnie's act Communicate with clients: be the professional, friendly first point of contact for pastors, event coordinators, and corporate teams Negotiate contracts: handle rates, terms, travel, and logistics, and make sure every detail is confirmed in writing Manage the schedule: keep Donnie's calendar accurate, avoid conflicts, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Support content and social media: help plan, organize, and post content, and keep Donnie's online presence active and consistent Who we are looking for Required Excellent written and verbal communication; you reply fast and you sound like a pro Strong attention to detail and a serious respect for deadlines Proven ability to execute independently with minimal supervision Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and negotiation Flexible and reliable; you can adapt as the business grows Familiarity with Christian churches and church culture, and comfort communicating with pastors and church staff Preferred Experience in booking, event coordination, talent management, sales, or executive assistance Experience with social media management or content creation Based in or near Tampa Bay Compensation This is a commission-only role to start, paid as an independent contractor. 10% commission on every gig you book, from day one Increases to 15% and then 20% as you get fully up to speed and deliver consistent results Opportunity to move into a W2 position with a base salary as the partnership proves successful To give you a sense of the upside: at the 20% tier, a typical booking earns roughly $500 in commission. Three bookings a week would put you at around $6,000 per month minimum. Your income is driven directly by your results. Hours are flexible, roughly 20 to 30 per week. Most work can be done remotely.
