Production / Casting Reports to: Head of Operations About the Role Spark TV is looking for a Casting Coordinator to manage casting operations across our slate of original productions. This role is the day-to-day driver of getting the right guests booked, scheduled, and prepped for filming — working closely with clients, production managers, and the operations team. Responsibilities Conduct outreach to clients' existing casting lists to source and secure guests for upcoming episodes Write and post casting calls across relevant platforms and channels Maintain ongoing communication with cast members throughout pre-production and through filming Track casting status across all active shows and keep casting lists/trackers up to date Coordinate cast scheduling and manage the production calendar, ensuring guest availability aligns with shoot dates Flag scheduling conflicts or casting gaps early and escalate to production management as needed Serve as a point of contact for cast members with questions about logistics, timing, or next steps Collaborate with production managers and clients to align on casting priorities per show If interested, please email Whitney at whitney@sparktv.ai Experience / Skills Qualifications Prior experience in casting, talent coordination, or production scheduling (TV, film, or podcast production preferred) Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple shows/schedules at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using scheduling/calendar tools and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) Ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and manage competing deadlines Nice to Have Existing relationships or familiarity with casting in the wellness/lifestyle/interview content space Experience working with client-provided guest lists or talent databases About Spark TV Consciousness.
