Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department. May process and organize claim file information. Prepares and maintains records. Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Performs other duties as assigned. The person hired for this position will work out of the Gainesville, GA office which offers a hybrid work environment of 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home. #
LI-Hybrid Job Requirements Education:
High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).
Scope of Job/Qualifications:
Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies. Develops analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization. Develops working knowledge of claim data processing systems. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills.
