Experience:

Payment Operations Expertise

• Demonstrates solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier's checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes Risk and Compliance Awareness
• Understands and applies regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and internal policies to mitigate operational and compliance risk Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Analyzes complex payment scenarios, identifies root causes, resolves exceptions efficiently, and makes sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements Detail Oriented
• Maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses Communication and Collaboration
