You'll take ownership of our day-to-day facilities and office logistics, ensuring our workspace runs smoothly so employees can stay focused on the mission. What You'll Own Manage daily on-site office operations, including vendor management, inventory tracking, mail handling, and workplace supply replenishment. Coordinate internal office events, team gatherings, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a welcoming and connected culture. Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors, building management, and workplace ticketing requests. Oversee workspace organization, desk allocation, and the onboarding logistics for new hires in the local office. Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with site logistics, space planning, and budget tracking for office operations. What This Role is Not This isn't a remote or hybrid role, you'll be on-site full-time to manage physical space operations and daily office needs. You won't be responsible for IT infrastructure setup or hardware provisioning, hardware support is managed directly by our IT team. This is not an executive administrative assistant position dedicated to calendar management for executive leadership. What You Bring Experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities coordination, or hospitality. Practical knowledge of vendor management, inventory maintenance, and workplace event coordination. Strong organizational capabilities with a track record of managing competing priorities in an environment that moves fast. Clear, professional communication skills across written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions. Compensation In this role, you'll receive a starting salary between $65,000 and $70,000 as well as Flock Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in depth with you during our first chat.
