We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator/ Onsite Interview Scheduler how you will contribute As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. You will act as a vital link in the talent acquisition journey, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. your typical day includes Engaging directly with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process. Providing comprehensive interview scheduling and meeting coordination support. Leading candidates through the initial stages of the application process to ensure a positive experience. Managing recruitment process compliance and maintaining system administration. your responsibilities include Reviewing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates before presentation. Collaborating with the broader team on special projects to enhance service delivery. Executing recruitment plans with a high degree of detail and follow-through. Maintaining a strong service mindset while following established, high-output processes. your background
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of MS Office or Google products (specifically calendars and email) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). key capabilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proven ability to take direction, execute a plan, and work effectively within a team environment.

Base Salary:
$30.00-$37.50 (Hourly RPO contractor position). Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent. In addition, Randstad offers rich learning & development opportunities, as well as a competitive benefit package.
