Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Advisory Assistant to join a growing operations team supporting financial advisors and wealth management services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, learns quickly, and can thrive in a high-volume environment. Financial services experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in a growing industry. +
Schedule:
In office Mon/Tues and 1st & 3rd Fri of every month Key Responsibilities + Process operational work items, account-related forms, and documentation. + Review, update, and maintain information within internal systems. + Build models and enter proposal information using the advisory platform. + Run reports and support ongoing operational activities. + Complete repetitive transaction-based workflows accurately and efficiently. + Assist with account processing and conversion-related initiatives. + Follow documented procedures while adapting to evolving processes. + Support a high-volume workload with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
