Mobile Drug Testing is a 24/7 nationwide occupational health services company operating across 20+ states. We provide DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, occupational physicals, breath alcohol testing, and compliance services for employers across industries. We are a fast-moving, compliance-driven team with a mission to keep workplaces safe. The role This is a hybrid position — part collector, part operations backbone. You will handle DOT and non-DOT collections during scheduled testing windows, and during downtime you will support the day-to-day operations of the business: scheduling, client outreach, order tracking, and retention activities. No idle time, no wasted hours — this role is built for someone who is self-directed and thrives in a structured but varied environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a company, earn real incentive pay on top of their hourly rate, and be a key contributor — not just a body at a collection site. What you will do Collection responsibilities (approx. 50% of time): Perform DOT and non-DOT urine and oral fluid specimen collections Conduct or support breath alcohol testing (BAT) Process rapid and lab-based test orders with full chain of custody compliance Coordinate mobile and on-site collection logistics Complete post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and random testing collections Communicate with clients and donors professionally on-site Operations responsibilities (approx. 50% of available downtime): Manage order intake, scheduling, and follow-up calls Conduct client check-in calls and service satisfaction outreach Send compliance reminder communications and support MRO coordination Track and replenish supply inventory and collection kits Perform data entry, results tracking, and reporting support Support client retention via proactive outreach to existing accounts Assist with Google review requests and social media engagement as directed Compensation Base hourly $17

  • Client retention bonus What we are looking for DOT collector certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Professional phone and email communication skills Strong attention to detail and chain of custody compliance Comfortable with basic computer tools, scheduling software, and CRM systems Self-directed work ethic — you manage your own downtime productively Experience in occupational health, clinical collections, or medical office settings preferred What to expect 30/60/90-day performance review with path to base pay increase at 90 days Weekly supervisor check-in to review task completion and collection log Structured daily ops task list provided at weekly with your input — no guessing what to do Opportunities to grow as USAMDT expands into additional states and service lines
