Founded by Amber Torres, our mission is simple: give every family and business a spotless, safe space — using only non-toxic, eco-friendly products. We take care of homes and workspaces the same way we'd care for our own. We offer residential cleaning, move-in/move-out services, Airbnb turnover, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleanup. Our small, dedicated team of six part-time cleaners takes pride in reliable, consistent service — and our 80% customer retention rate shows it. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Role Overview As our first Operations Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day business. Right now, our owner handles everything from client calls to scheduling to new hire onboarding — on her own. This role is designed to change that. You'll help step in as the a point of contact for our clients, keep the schedule running smoothly, support our cleaning team, and handle the administrative tasks that keep a small business moving. In return, you'll get real ownership of your work, direct impact on a company that's doing good, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as we expand. This is not a background role. Your voice will matter here. What You'll Do Serve as the a point of contact for clients via phone, email, text, and website chat — answering questions, confirming appointments, and making every interaction feel personal and professional. Manage scheduling and dispatching through Housecall Pro — booking new clients, updating recurring appointments, and coordinating the cleaning team's daily assignments. Handle customer concerns and complaints with care and urgency, resolving most issues within 24 hours. Coordinate with our cleaning team on job details, address changes, special instructions, and any day-of updates. Assist with onboarding new hires using Connecteam — helping get new team members set up, trained, and feeling welcome. Track cleaning supplies, flag low inventory, and keep a simple log of what needs to be reordered. Support our owner with general administrative tasks — follow-ups, documentation, and keeping operations organized. Help identify ways to improve how we work so we can continue growing without losing what makes us special. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills — you're comfortable talking with clients on the phone and in writing, and you know how to handle a frustrated customer with patience and professionalism. Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you naturally keep track of multiple things at once and don't let things fall through the cracks. Comfortable with technology — you can learn software tools quickly. Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus (we use Housecall Pro and Connecteam, but we'll train the right person). Reliable and self-directed — you can manage your own time and follow through without needing constant check-ins. Genuine care for people and the environment — you align with our values around eco-friendly practices, family safety, and honest, trustworthy service. Available for consistent part-time hours (approximately 15-25 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling). Nice to Have Experience in a home services, cleaning, or similar service-based industry. Familiarity with Housecall Pro, Connecteam, or similar tools. Background in customer service, office administration, or small business operations. Interest in eco-friendly living or sustainable business practices. Compensation & Schedule Pay rate: $18-$22/hr, depending on experience.
Part-time to start:
approximately 15-25 hours per week. Potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. Flexible hybrid schedule — some tasks can be done remotely, with periodic in-person coordination in the Mead/Longmont area. Supportive, low-drama work environment led by a hands-on owner who genuinely cares about her team. How to Apply Here or Send us a brief email to and tell us: A little about yourself and your background. Why this role — and this type of company — appeals to you. Any relevant experience with scheduling, customer service, or operations. No lengthy cover letters required. We care more about who you are and how you think than how formally you can write. We review every application personally and will be in touch within a week. Nature's Choice Cleaning is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building a team that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
