About us We're a small team in Grand Junction running a few connected businesses in the decorative coatings world, including epoxy and microcement products sold nationwide, commercial and residential installations, and hands-on training workshops for contractors. The role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and flexible Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day details behind our construction projects, contractor training classes, and growing business. This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping a lot of moving pieces organized, communicating with different people, anticipating what needs to happen next, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks. You will work directly with the owner and our construction team to help coordinate active projects, communicate with customers and field crews, make sure materials and products are ordered, prepare upcoming jobs, coordinate training classes, and assist with special projects throughout the business. The right person will eventually become a central point of coordination for our team. There is a lot of room for growth within this company. What you'd be doing Job coordination Stay on top of active installation jobs. Check in with the crew, know where each job stands Make sure products and materials are ordered and on site before the crew needs them Keep customers updated through the job, so they're never wondering what's happening Travel coordination for installers if needed Training classes Schedule workshops out on the calendar Ensure checklists are being followed by team to make sure workshop is ready Help get every class ready: materials, equipment, space, handouts, headcount Handle the day-of logistics so the instructor can focus on teaching Projects and research Help with whatever the current project is and run it. Such as launching a new product. Administration support Who we're looking for Previous experience in any of the following would be helpful but is not necessarily required: Construction project coordination Office or operations management Project coordination Customer service Purchasing or inventory management Executive or business assistance Event or training coordination
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
