Rate:
$20•$25/hr (W2) + 401k 4%

Position Overview We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Gas Work Management Organization through administrative coordination, permit processing, and operational support activities. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of work processes while supporting a high-performing, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams in a hybrid work environment. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience working in a team-oriented environment Strong interpersonal and customer service skills (internal and external) Ability to perform duties with limited direction Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with WMS, CIS, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook Familiarity with company policies and procedures Basic understanding of the utility industry Experience supporting work management or operations teams Key Responsibilities Operational & Administrative Support Provide clerical and operational support to the Gas Work Management Organization Ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing of work-related documentation Support administrative efficiencies and process improvements Permit & Work Coordination Manage application, receipt, distribution, and execution of permits Support the One Call process and site readiness coordination Create, update, and execute WMS/DIS order types Communication & Customer Support Prepare correspondence and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Provide high-quality customer service and support customer complaint resolution processes Utilize Outlook and other communication tools to coordinate daily activities Team Collaboration Work collaboratively in a highly efficient team environment Participate in cross-functional coordination efforts Support team initiatives and continuous improvement activities Success in This Role Accurate and timely execution of operational and administrative tasks Strong collaboration within team and cross-functional partners High level of customer service and communication Ability to identify and implement process improvements Additional Notes Hybrid role with required onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday Looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to think creatively and solve problems
