This is a fast-paced, multi-functional role designed for someone who can think critically, execute efficiently, and handle a variety of operational and administrative responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who values structure, communication, organization, problem-solving, and operational growth. The role requires professionalism, accountability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high execution standards. This is a part-time position with growth potential into a full-time role. As the company expands, compensation growth and future benefits opportunities are expected. There is currently no fixed cap on advancement potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create marketing content and assist with marketing initiatives Manage and publish content across company social media platforms Engage with audiences and monitor online activity Organize and manage company documents and operational records Support real estate operational tasks, including: Property walkthroughs Taking property photos/videos Market and property research Attending meetings when needed Monitor operational dashboards and internal systems Assist with client communication and management Support consulting and business service operations Handle inbound and outbound company calls Assist with quality control processes Create, organize, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Identify inefficiencies and assist with process optimization Coordinate operational tasks and follow through on deadlines Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with social media management and content creation Professional written and verbal communication Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving ability Reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings/tasks Have a reliable computer and smartphone Comfortable working across multiple business functions Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends when operational needs arise Experience in operations, administration, marketing, management, or business support is preferred This is a skill-based position. Degrees and certifications are not required if experience, work ethic, and capability are demonstrated. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing structure with adaptability.
