Lender Compliance Technologies is hiring! We are looking for Operations Representatives to join our team! LCT is setting a new standard for solving lender compliance issues. We bring together extensive industry experience in lending, refund recoveries, and compliance by utilizing SaaS solutions to create compliance driven technology. Successful candidates will be responsible for working our vast network of voluntary product providers, selling dealers, and industry partners to obtain product contract and refund details in a timely manner on behalf of our clients. We move quickly, have strict deadlines, and have a great time celebrating each success! Overview The Operations Representative is responsible for coordinating and executing service and operations focused job functions, programs, and applications for the Service Bureau team at Lender Compliance Technologies. The Ops Rep compiles service production information, complying with protocols; tracks and monitors status on information, data, and processes; identifies and mitigates data and service quality issues contributing to their resolution; plays a role in event and incident management while striving toward continual improvement. This is not a customer service position. Pay Rate - $18.00-$20.00/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound contact (call, email, website communication) to aftermarket product providers, selling dealers, and industry partners with some supervision. Executes standard and repetitive service and operational tasks. Ensures proper preparation, processing, and documentation of for assigned service and production jobs according to processes and procedures. Understands and utilizes appropriate methods, applications, and tools contributing to quality data output and service results. Demonstrates a rational, detail-oriented approach to work and multiple tasks. Effective dialogue and professional correspondence with team members, customers, and partners. Works in a team structure with abilities to plan, schedule, and monitor own, assigned work in a timely manner. Updates, tracks, and reports on all production issues and works with appropriate team to resolve issues. Maintains data and processes to ensure on-time, high quality delivery of data to product teams and systems. Contributes to regular operational performance reviews to generate continuous improvement opportunities. Self-driven in identifying and negotiating own development opportunities.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years' experience in clerical, customer service, and/ or industry-related field required. Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus. Flexibility and adaptability required - we work in a dynamic environment with changes and improvements occurring often. Ability to work in a team environment and manage a high-volume workload. Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid Microsoft OS skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word) required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities. Work Environment (Hybrid):
In Office:
Normal office environment, with ability to visit and interact with all outside departments. We work in the office Tuesday-Thursday. Work From Home (WFH): This position will be eligible to work from home after being in the home office a minimum of 6 months.
