Job Description

Position Summary :
The People Operations Coordinator will provide essential support to the HR department. The HR Coordinator ensures smooth execution of HR activities to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Responsibilities :
Assist in the management of end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Serve as the primary triage point for the People Operations group email inbox, monitoring incoming requests, responding or routing inquiries appropriately, and ensuring timely and accurate follow-up. Support the onboarding and badging process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the organization. Assist in resolving routine employee relations issues and escalate matters as needed. Address basic employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures. Gather feedback from employees and contribute to efforts to enhance workplace satisfaction. Participate in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities. Provide assistance to employees with benefit and payroll related inquiries. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Track the completion of performance reviews and provide progress reports throughout the performance review process. Generate basic HR reports and assist in data analysis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and audit as needed. Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications +
Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data collection and reporting. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as UKG and familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Greenhouse is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools; excellent organizational skills are essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee evaluation processes, and training + development initiatives.
