About the Role This role is the operational heartbeat of our flight schedule. You will be responsible for scheduling aircraft, communicating with crews, coordinating with internal team members, monitoring active flights, and ensuring every trip progresses as planned. While our VIP Aviation Consultants manage the client relationship and travel experience, you will ensure the operational side of every flight is accurate, organized, and running smoothly. What You'll Do Schedule charter flights within company operating systems Coordinate aircraft schedules to maximize efficiency and accuracy Monitor active flights from departure through arrival Communicate with FBOs before, during, and after flights to verify aircraft movements and operational status Track flight progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues Coordinate with pilots and internal operations personnel regarding schedule changes Work alongside VIP Aviation Consultants to ensure they have the operational information needed to support clients Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational documentation Assist with last-minute schedule adjustments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Help ensure every flight operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule What We're Looking For Previous experience in private aviation, charter operations, flight scheduling, dispatch, or aviation operations preferred Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Professional, dependable, and highly accountable Comfortable working with scheduling software and aviation technology Team player who enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems Preferred Qualifications FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (preferred but not required) Previous Part 135 operational experience Experience with charter scheduling or flight following Familiarity with FBO operations and private aviation logistics Why You'll Love Working Here Work with a growing leader in private aviation Join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences Play a critical role in every successful flight operation Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for professional growth within the company Location Requirement This is a hybrid position.
