What You'll Do:
Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, and referrals. Support the team growth efforts through posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for Team Operator/Owner. Create and own systems for maintaining integrity of the database, including holding agents accountable to activities. Own the agent onboarding process, including holding trainings in person and virtually. Follow the systems for our productivity rhythms to ensure agent productivity. Plan and execute a minimum of 2 events for clients that are done at a high level to drive business referrals. Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submit to the finance team, when reports are generated, take ownership of finding opportunities to reduce expenses. Create and maintain the team's operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity. Keep the team leader informed of any challenges that arise and bring potential solutions. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings. Provide occasional executive and administrative support to the Team Leader, including email management, scheduling, and coordinating showings or other client-related activities as needed. Complete the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions. Provide a world-class experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team through contract and beyond. Enter listing data, descriptions, and pictures into MLS. Handle transaction coordination for the team including, but not limited to, writing offers, writing listing contracts, sending out checklists for various touchpoints in the transaction process, submitting for compliance. Preparing CMAs Preparing estimates of proceeds Ordering closing gifts/preparing gift baskets Occasional staging/cleaning, prep as needed for new listings/closings. Photograph, video, edit and post on social media for the team. Lifestyle, listings, local content. Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions. Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers. Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain accurate and compliant transaction files (inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.) Create timelines and follow-up processes/check-ins with agents to ensure all transaction deadlines are met resulting in a timely closing. Generate reviews and referrals from clients during and after the transaction. Handle lead assignments as they roll in for the team. Answer transactional questions for the team.

Flexible Required Background:
Requires a prior work history that demonstrates the ability to plug into and improve existing systems and provide an enthusiastic level of support to a team 1+ years experience in an operations/administrative role, real estate industry experience is a plus Obtains a broker license within 12 months of hire (preferably 6 months) Candidate must be local to the immediate area (Newnan, Peachtree City, Sharpsburg, etc.)
Other Details:
Compensation, depending on experience, ranges from $45,000-50,000 per year (bonus structure eligible after successful completion of six months) We have a hybrid work model. This role is full-time, Monday through Friday with an occasional evening or weekend required We are excited to meet the person(s) that truly believe they could be a match!
