Responsibilities Develop and manage daily schedules for drivers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries across assigned routes Dispatch drivers efficiently by providing clear instructions, route updates, and real-time support using GPS navigation systems Coordinate with clients to confirm appointment times and special requirements for passenger or cargo transportation Monitor driver locations and traffic conditions to optimize routes and respond swiftly to any delays or issues Maintain accurate records of all trips, driver logs, maintenance checks, and client communications Qualifications Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and local driving routes for efficient dispatching Knowledge of traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and safety protocols for commercial driving Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with drivers, clients, and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting when necessary for cargo or equipment management Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., driver license) with a clean driving record Join us if you're passionate about driving safely while delivering outstanding service!
