Job Description

Your role The Service Operations Excellence Coordinator supports efficient service operations by improving processes, system utilization, communication, and data accuracy. This role helps drive business growth and operational excellence through effective work coordination, standardized practices, and strong SAP-driven administration.
Responsibilities:
Assist with employee onboarding, training, process improvements, system adaption, and performance tracking to support efficient and consistent service operations. Train current service teams on systems and best practices with a focus in uniformity across all locations Maintain and update customer master data in SAP, ensuring accurate service contacts and customer information through lead review and direct customer outreach. Provide back-up service administration and planning coverage for service centers. Support Service Center Managers by reducing their administrative workload. Visit all service locations periodically to understand current service flow and prepare a plan for system and process adoption. Perform other duties as assigned. A high school diploma or GED is required. You have 3 - 5 years of experience in service administration or a similar role, preferably within a service center, equipment service, or industrial environment. Qualifications & Attributes Proficient with Microsoft Office SAP experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions Positive attitude with a continuous improvement focus and a commitment to finding better ways to work.
