Job Description Oversee financial reporting for property portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit materials. Optimize financial workflows and identify process improvement opportunities. Provide training and support for junior staff as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and financial practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Sr. Associate - Portfolio Financial Operations should have: 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience CPA license preferred Public accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy. Real estate or investment management experience a plus What's on Offer Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually. Performance-based bonuses.
