Position Title:
Strategic Operations Associate
Position Description:
Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract-to-hire Strategic Operations Associate opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the CEO to manage operational priorities, schedules, logistics, and follow-through on critical initiatives. Track and drivepletion of executive action items across multiple departments and stakeholders. Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting summaries. Coordinate leadership meetings, investor engagements, strategic discussions, and special projects. Serve as a highly trusted operational liaison on behalf of the office of the CEO when appropriate and as directed. Support setup, organization, and maintenance of secure investor and operational virtual data rooms (VDRs). Troubleshoot day-to-day operational and technical issues independently, including workplace technology, office systems, conferencing tools, ers, and related equipment. Coordinate vendors, software platforms, subscriptions, and operational services as needed. Assist with implementation and organization of operational workflows, tracking systems, and executive reporting tools. Maintain a high level of organization across sensitive and confidential information. Interface professionally with executives, investors, engineers, advisors, vendors, and external stakeholders. Coordinate executive travel logistics, itineraries, meetings, and related support activities. Support offsite meetings, conferences, investor events, and strategic engagements. Ability to design and maintain dashboards that track project health, burn rates, and operational milestones.
Job Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in high-level strategic operations. Advanced level of Excel and deep proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or other C-suite executive in an advanced technology startup, high-growth, or fast-paced deep tech environment. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, andmunication skills. High degree of proficiency with project tracking, dashboards, operational reporting, or workflow coordination. Experience with investor relations coordination, preparing board materials, and/or virtual data room management. Strong technical aptitude and ability to independently troubleshoot operational technology issues. Experience with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools, and modern workplace technologies. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong judgment, maturity, adaptability, and attention to detail. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
