About BHC Insurance BHC Insurance is a growing insurance agency committed to providing personalized coverage and exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships and delivering responsive, detail-driven support to individuals and families in our community. Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support system updates, data maintenance, and technology setup across the agency. This is a dual role working closely with the COO and the CAO to ensure systems and workflows are accurately maintained, to support efficient operations of both functions. This is a hands-on execution role focused on working within systems and following defined processes, not designing how things should work. You'll be part of a positive, collaborative team culture that empowers you to take pride in the quality and impact of your work while helping strengthen long‑term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute updates in the Agency Management System based on provided instructions Maintain templates, activities, and system fields Assist with building dashboards and reports from outlined specifications
  • Document workflows into clear SOPs, checklists, and step-by-step guides Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve
  • Assist with data migration and cleanup across systems Organize and standardize data based on defined formats Preserve accurate and consistent data formatting
  • Assist with hardware setup including laptops, monitors, and related equipment Work alongside IT vendor by executing troubleshooting steps and assisting with issue resolution Help with user configuration for new systems and tools
  • Track company hardware inventory including laptops, monitors, and peripherals Maintain accurate records of device assignments and serial numbers Monitor and track equipment warranties and renewal timelines
  • Submit setup requests for new employees Configure phone profiles Ensure equipment and systems are ready for day one
  • Track incoming system and setup requests Route requests appropriately or complete assigned tasks Ensure follow-through and completion of work Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working within systems and spreadsheets
  • Able to follow structured instructions accurately
  • Clear written communication and documentation skills
  • Reliable and consistent approach to work
  • Willing to ask questions when clarification is needed
  • Team player willing to assist as needed with assigned tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
