We are seeking a Talent & Operations Coordinator who loves people, thrives on organization, and enjoys being the person who helps keep everything moving. This role supports both the people and day-to-day operations that make our mission possible from recruiting and onboarding new team members to supporting employees, assisting in the coordination off HR processes, and assisting with operational needs across the organization. Responsibilities Recruitment & Employee Support Coordinate recruitment from job posting through hire. Post open positions, review applications, and conduct initial candidate screenings. Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate background checks, references, offer letters, and pre-employment requirements. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain personnel files and required employee documentation. Assist employees with routine HR, benefits, policy, and procedure questions. Coordinate employee offboarding and related documentation. Maintain employee training, certification, and compliance records. Participate in job fairs and community recruitment activities. Operations Support Provide administrative and operational support to the CFO. Coordinate facilities, maintenance, and routine vendor requests. Assist with IT requests, employee technology, equipment, and system access. Maintain equipment, key, badge, and asset records. Assist with purchasing, office supplies, and other operational needs. Maintain vendor, contract, insurance, and operational records. Support organizational events, projects, and office needs. Assist with developing and maintaining efficient administrative processes. Other duties as assigned. Skills Two or more years of experience in recruiting, HR administration, operations, or a related field preferred. Experience working with ADP preferred. Experience coordinating recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience in a nonprofit or community-based organization preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
