Job Description
Right at Home is hiring for a Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care)! As our Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care), you'll play a critical role in the daily success of our agency. You'll serve as the key connection between clients, families, caregivers, and the office team — ensuring every shift is covered, every detail is handled, and every interaction reflects the high level of care we're known for. Hours are on site, Monday - Friday, 830a-5p. Competitive pay starting at $25/hour. Job Functions of Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care): Manage the day-to-day caregiver and client schedule with accuracy and urgency Ensure all client shifts are staffed, confirmed, and completed Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, family members, and caregivers Handle schedule changes, call-offs, and coverage needs with professionalism and efficiency Support a positive experience for both caregivers and clients Partner closely with office leadership and care management staff Help drive strong caregiver engagement and high client satisfaction Maintain a high level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Skills and Experience of Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care): Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to think logically, prioritize quickly, and problem-solve in real time Ability to work independently while communicating clearly and consistently Flexibility to work overtime when needed A calm, professional, and pleasant demeanor Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks
