Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic Builder Division as a Scheduling Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in orchestrating construction project timelines and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale home builders by managing schedules, optimizing workflows, and supporting project delivery. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, maintain project momentum, and uphold the highest standards of construction management excellence. Duties Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using advanced scheduling software such as SupplyPro, Schedulepri to ensure timely project completion. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align schedules with project plans and contractual requirements. Analyze Material statuses and allocate stock to orders prior to being ready for staging. Monitor project progress through regular schedule updates, data analysis in Excel, and site visits to ensure adherence to timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow transitions and resolve scheduling issues proactively. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, schedule variances, and risk assessments for stakeholders' review. Skills Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as Supply pro, Schedule Pro, & RFMS. Ability to analyze data effectively using Excel for schedule tracking and performance metrics. Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on time management and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated experience in construction industry project planning, scheduling software integration, and project management processes. Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities efficiently. Pay:
