Job Description

ES AMER ARS
division is currently seeking a Network Scheduler- Supply Chain. The position will be based at our Greenwood, SC facility supporting the CPA Busway product. The role is eligible for a hyrbid work setup. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000
- $126000 a year.
- Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for 0-12 week timeline for finished-good products within designated supply network
- Work cross-functionally with plant teams to clearly understand all Risks to the MPS and develop mitigation plans
- Directly interface with plant Operations team to track real-time MPS adherence and develop recovery plans as necessary
- Manage all material shortages and work with plant SCM team, Eaton Procurement Organization and the Network team to escalate and address issues
- Report and analyze key performance indicators to drive supply network improvements in Customer On-Time Delivery
- A key success driver to this role is the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple functions, in order to drive improvements across our end to end Supply Chain and serve our customers efficiently
- Participate in decision making regarding Plan for Evey Part (PFEP).
- Stay close to the SIOP demand information to react quicker to changes
- Participate in and share ownership of Supply portion of the SIOP process
- Partner with and support the plant
Supply Chain Team Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement or SIOP experience required Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Bachelors or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics from an accredited institution Deep functional understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, SIOP, Materials Management, demand planning and forecasting, end-to-end planning, master production Scheduling' , capacity analysis, inventory management. Working understanding of MRP area. CPIM certification a plusSkills:
