Job Description

Schedules production and expedites the flow of materials for assigned products through fabrication and assembly to ensure scheduled delivery dates are met.
Job Responsibilities:
Carries out responsibilities with safety and efficiency as a priority. Prioritizes the well-being of colleagues and actively contributes to the safety program by collaborating, sharing ideas, and voicing concerns. Adheres to training guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Proactively identifies and addresses potential hazards. Meet daily production targets to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze production documents and issue work orders to maintain standard part inventory. Use data analysis to support raw material planning and finished goods fulfillment. Create production schedule and prioritize job-orders for production optimization. Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation. Good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities. Ensure processes are consistent with quality objectives. Communicate production status to managers on a regular basis. Interact with shop floor management daily to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested. Capable of working independently or as a team with minimum supervision.
Education:
High School Diploma, or GED preferred Shift 1st shift: 6:00am-4:30pm
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating a collaborative, safe and hazard free environment that is driven by employee involvement. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to leading departmental continuous improvement projects, supporting and executing all safety and health policies and programs, employee training and incident investigations.
