Expeditor (Expo)

Location:

Mount Pleasant, SC Compensation:

$15/hr base pay + tip-out Position Summary The Expeditor (Expo) is the critical link between our kitchen and front-of-house service team. The role ensures that every dish leaving the kitchen is perfectly executed, properly timed, and beautifully presented. The Expo manages ticket flow, communicates modifications, and maintains quality standards, directly shaping the pace and success of service. Responsibilities Organize and prioritize incoming tickets to maintain service flow. Communicate clearly and effectively with both kitchen and FOH staff. Inspect dishes for accuracy, garnish, and presentation before release. Ensure timing and pacing of multi-course tables. Relay modifications and special requests to ensure flawless execution. Assist Servers and Server Assistants in coordinating food delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the pass. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience (FOH or BOH) required . Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communicator under pressure. Attention to detail with high standards for food quality. Ability to stay calm and decisive during peak service.
