Days Off:

Friday & Saturday Your Role (What You'll Actually Be Responsible For)Daytime

• Operations Execution Conduct site visits and quality control inspections Support bulk pickups and service logistics Assist with light pressure washing operations Identify issues before they become problems Report directly to leadership with updates Evening
• Team Oversight Perform follow-behinds (quality checks on valet teams) Hold team members accountable to service standards Step in to solve issues in real time Cover shifts when needed ( additional pay ) Ensure every property is serviced correctly — no excuses What We're Looking For High ownership mentality (you don't wait to be told what to do) Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss Comfortable managing and holding people accountable Reliable — you show up and follow through Able to work independently without constant supervision Valid driver's license (truck/SUV is a plus) Comfortable with hands-on, physical work Compensation & Growth $750•950/week base pay Additional pay for shift coverage Performance-based bonuses Clear path to: Lead Area Manager District-level leadership Top performers will be given more responsibility quickly.
