Schwartz Legacy Planning is a Mount Pleasant-based, family-oriented law firm with a mission of assisting clients to create a legacy of love, care and ease. The primary role of this position is meeting with clients to properly review and explain all customized estate planning documents, including, but not limited to Wills, Trusts, Financial Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, deeds, LLC assignments and Guardianship documents. The secondary role is to support the existing Paralegal team with document drafting and other document production functions. It supports both immediate deliverables and long-term operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Properly review all estate planning documents with clients at Signing Meeting Assist Paralegal I with drafting and other production functions Participate in team meetings and improvement sessions. Maintain and improve SOPs, workflows, and templates.

Skills:
