Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and manage the phones. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help streamline daily activities, improve communication, and enhance overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting a collaborative workplace. Duties Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for multiple team members and departments using calendar management tools. Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and providing exceptional customer support. Maintain accurate records through data entry and proofreading to ensure all documentation is current and error-free. Support office management tasks including answering phones, data entry, and general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly. Qualifications Proven experience in clerical work or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry. Previous clerical experience including proofreading and document management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
