Clinic Operations & Specimen Collection Technician Compensation Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (Nights or weekends - emergency calls only)Compensation:
$15/hr base pay + monthly performance bonuses Strong performers typically earn the equivalent of $17-$19/hr , with top performers earning significantly more due to the uncapped bonus structure. — About the Role We are seeking a reliable, professional, and sales‑focused team member to support daily clinic operations, perform compliant specimen collections, and deliver excellent client service. This is a solo operator keyholder position running the clinic daily that requires independence, accountability, accuracy, and consistent performance. Solo Operator Responsibilities Client Service — Greet clients, manage check‑ins, answer questions Specimen Collection — Perform urine, saliva, alcohol, hair, and DNA collections Operations & Compliance — Follow DOT and company procedures with precision Sales Support — Upsell services, request reviews, and follow up with leads QuickBooks & POS — Process payments and complete daily entries, month end Front Desk Management — Scheduling, documentation, phone handling Facility Readiness — Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and professional What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistent attendance Professional communication and client‑facing presence Ability to work independently as the solo operator keyholder Sales‑minded with confidence recommending services Detail‑oriented and compliance‑driven Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems Comfortable working with biological specimens Requirements Male Preferred for (DOT‑regulated BFOQ requirement) Minimum Age 21+ required Clean 7‑year nationwide background check Pass pre‑employment and random drug testing 1 year QuickBooks experience 1 year customer service 1 year outside/inside sales experience Ability to lift 50 lbs Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Availability Reliable Transportation/Ability to commute to Westside of Spartanburg, SC to and from the clinic, FedEx to drop specimens, and onsite post accident drug testing locations as needed.
