Responsibilities:
Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services. Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes. Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance. Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align on delivery strategies.
Requirements:
Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is a plus). Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred. Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
