Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer and sales requests related to orders, service needs, and warranty matters, providing clear and timely updates.
- Enter and maintain service-related records with accuracy, ensuring documentation is complete and easy to track.
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to move service orders forward and support on-time completion.
- Monitor open requests and follow up on outstanding items to keep timelines on schedule and issues from stalling.
- Review service situations, determine next steps independently, and escalate concerns when broader support is needed.
- Support invoice-related processing and administrative tasks connected to service operations.
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements that strengthen responsiveness and operational efficiency.
