The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients. Candidate will maintain schedules, hire and fill in as needed. ## Responsibilities
  • Hire and interview applicants
  • Fill in where needed. Support field caregivers
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
  • Support patients in their home
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient service ## Skills CNA license
  • current or lapsed accepted (NOT
REQUIRED
) Enjoys working in a one-on-one client setting, eager to improve our clients quality of life. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties including transfers. Valid driver's license, auto insurance with your name on the card, valid email working cell phone, and reliable transportation. Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner towards our clients and their family members. Must be able to work different shifts, including days, nights, PRN, holidays and/or weekends Prior experience in a healthcare, or home care environment (minimum of 3 years experience) Must follow all health and safety standards High School Diploma or equivalent Take pride in providing high quality care in order to improve quality of life. We offer direct deposit.
