The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients. Candidate will maintain schedules, hire and fill in as needed. ## Responsibilities

• Hire and interview applicants
• Fill in where needed. Support field caregivers
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Support patients in their home
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient service ## Skills CNA license

) Enjoys working in a one-on-one client setting, eager to improve our clients quality of life. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties including transfers. Valid driver's license, auto insurance with your name on the card, valid email working cell phone, and reliable transportation. Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner towards our clients and their family members. Must be able to work different shifts, including days, nights, PRN, holidays and/or weekends Prior experience in a healthcare, or home care environment (minimum of 3 years experience) Must follow all health and safety standards High School Diploma or equivalent Take pride in providing high quality care in order to improve quality of life.
