Full Job Description Aircraft Scheduler Overview:
The Scheduler's primary role is to provide complete scheduling oversight for all US Aviation Academy's internal/external customers with the best customer service experience. It is essential for the scheduling department to perform efficiently for the success of the Academy. Therefore, professionalism, teamwork, computer skills, effective communication and excellent customer service are some of the essential qualities needed for success in this role.
Examples of Tasks:
Coordinate and manage student and instructor aircraft and simulator schedules. Create and maintain classroom, aircraft and simulator schedules. Revise schedules in accordance with instructor and student dynamics. Learn all aspects of training services provided.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs. 1+ years of experience in aviation preferred.
Required Skills:
Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business. Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, or within a team. Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required. Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment. Must be results oriented and able to obtain a high level of familiarity quickly. Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity. Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts. Our operation is seven days a week and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates.
