Job Description

We're looking for someone to own the full loop that gets a meal from our kitchen to a customer's door: building delivery routes, scheduling and training drivers and baggers, and being the person physically on-site running the floor on our two delivery days. You'll be the one drivers and baggers turn to when something goes sideways mid-delivery, and the one making sure every route and every bag is right before it goes out the door. This role suits someone who's comfortable both planning ahead (building schedules and routes days in advance) and reacting in real time (troubleshooting a driver issue while bagging keeps moving without you). What you'll do: Build and manage delivery routes for each delivery day (Monday and Wednesday) using our routing software Schedule and manage drivers and the bagging team for both delivery days Run the floor on-site during both delivery days, supervising and training the bagging team Recruit, train, and manage backup drivers and baggers Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues in real time, in direct communication with customer service Update SOP's and protocols What we're looking for: Expeditor (expo) experience — comfortable checking orders for accuracy before they go out and coordinating timing between kitchen and front-of-house/drivers under pressure Tech-savvy — able to quickly learn and navigate our route and backend softwares (we use Onfleet and Navego) Comfortable training and supervising a team Calm under pressure, good real-time judgment
