  • $80,000 a year 13 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications ERP systems Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler on a direct hire basis in Garland, TX 75040.
The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and planning production schedules to meet customer demands efficiently. Hours are Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Starting salary range is $70-75K.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand planning and inventory control principles.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production processes.
  • Forecast future production needs based on sales trends and market analysis.
  • Implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Work with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track materials and components needed for production.
  • Coordinate with fabricate teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to streamline production processes.
  • Proficiency in forecasting techniques and systems.
  • Experience with inventory management tools and MRP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
