Job Description
No Experience Required | In Person Field Sales | Uncapped Earnings Vantage Windows is growing throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area and hiring motivated people to join our team as Sales Appointment Setters . This is an in person, outdoor field position . You'll work in local residential neighborhoods, approach homeowners at their homes, introduce Vantage Windows, and schedule free in home consultations for our sales team. This is not a call center or remote appointment setting position. You will be canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners face to face. No previous sales experience is required. If you're outgoing, coachable, dependable, and willing to work hard, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods in person Approach and speak with homeowners face to face Introduce Vantage Windows and current promotions Generate interest and schedule free in home consultations Record appointments and activity using your smartphone Work toward daily and weekly performance goals Pay & Earning Potential $1,500 to $2,000+ per week earning potential Weekly pay Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses Top performers consistently earn $10,000+ per month Why Vantage Windows?
