Bilingual Surgery Scheduler Pay:

$22-$25/hour, depending on exp.

Start:

ASAP Shift:

M-F 8:30 - 5pm (Overtime opportunity)

Location:

Cypress, Texas (77429), every other Thursday at their Tomball location (77375)

Contract Duration:

520 hours, goal to be hired on after (weekly pay & benefits offered)

Requirements:

Bilingual:

Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.

Gender requirement:

Female (mandatory chaperone requirement for male doctor with female patients). Clinical /

Insurance:

Must have insurance verification or prior authorization knowledge/experience.

Experience:

Ideally ~2 years of medical office/scheduling experience.

Compliance/Logistics:

Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance (for bi-weekly travel to Tomball). High school diploma or

GED Responsibilties:

Manage patient intake, scheduling surgeries, and handling Athena EMR patient portal messages ("buckets"). Handle front desk duties and serve as a female chaperone during patient exams for male physician. Schedule/prepare for surgical days (M/Tu) and clinic days (~25-30 patients on W/F; in-office procedures and travel on select Thursdays). Assist with crossover tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling port placements/removals for chemo).
