Job Description

Precision Spine Care is currently looking for a Full Time Procedure Surgery Scheduler to join our Longview team! The team at Precision Spine Care is focused on delivering healthcare demonstrating the highest standards of pride, service, and compassion. Our focus is to recruit elite candidates committed to ethical pain management treatment that demonstrate drive and ambition above the rest. The Procedure Surgery Scheduler is responsible for managing, coordinating and scheduling patient procedures and surgeries in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols; working collaboratively with the Practice Administrator, clinical support team, and prior authorization team to ensure all clinical and insurance information is collected. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, motivated, detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills.
