Job Summary Keep donor operations flowing with urgency, accuracy, and care. As a Production Lead, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining the daily rhythm of a plasma collection center. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every donation is handled safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and takes pride in keeping operations smooth, productive, and donor-focused. What you'll do Ensure donor flow is managed with urgency and efficiency to minimize wait times and meet production goals. Monitor equipment performance and perform troubleshooting within scope of training. Identify and report potential risks to donor safety or product quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment. Verify and update supply lot numbers as needed. Respond to alarms and assist with alarm system maintenance. Support inventory management, including stocking and lot control. Educate new donors on Specialty Programs and center policies. Communicate operational issues and improvement opportunities to management. Follow all SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and regulatory policies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of donor and center information. Perform opening and closing duties in the absence of Center Manager or Assistant Manager. Train staff to support daily operations and ensure SOP compliance. Provide customer service support and floor coverage during breaks and lunches. Assist with weekly staff scheduling and operational planning. Qualifications and need-to-know High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Comfortable working with bloodborne pathogens and in cold storage areas. Experience in plasma or blood collection preferred. Familiarity with SOPs, FDA, and cGMP regulations is a plus. Employment eligibility verification will be required at the time of hire.
