Job Description
Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday but those hours are flexible with start and end times. No weekends or late nights are typically required with some exceptions. We are a very relaxed but professional, fun, open-minded office with GREAT people. Shorts in the summer, lots of laughs and we are growing like crazy! No sales involved in the position at all. Responsibilities:
The Scheduling Representative is responsible for inbound/outbound communications with Engineers, Consultants, Law Firms and Insurance Company contacts involved with scheduling forensic engineering evaluations. There is no cold-calling. Place outbound calls, texts and/or send emails to internal engineering staff or company consultants to solicit availability for engineering evaluations Place outbound calls, texts and/or send emails to assigned points-of-contact to confirm availability and finalize date and time for engineering evaluations Organize evaluations based on locations and efficiencies Answer general questions related to scheduling/engineering appointments Accurately enter new jobs in the CRM program for tracking purposes Monitor workflow and processes of all jobs until complete Document current status on all outstanding evaluations Research issues to resolve or escalate as appropriate Additional administrative work as needed including greeting visitors, shopping, stocking kitchen, ordering/picking up meals, organizing meetings, cleaning up after meetings, checking the mail, shipping and receiving packages, ordering supplies, producing reports, marketing tasks, etc.YOU MUST BE ORGANIZED, NEAT, AND A DETAIL FANATIC . YOU MUST
be able to work with limited supervision and be a VERY proactive thinker.Required Skills:
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are a MUST! No exceptions. Proficient in Office 365 including Sharepoint/Teams/Outlook/Word/Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Excellent spelling/grammarIS A MUST!
