Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 28-30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule and confirm patient appointments Patient check-in and check-out Coordinate surgical cases for plastic surgery and hand surgery, including scheduling OR time at appropriate facilities, coordinating with vendor/sales reps, and ensuring required equipment/implants are arranged prior to each case.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of surgical/procedure scheduling experience required Plastic surgery experience strongly preferred, but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, patient-focused demeanor If you thrive in a surgical practice environment and take ownership of your role, we'd love to hear from you.
