Job Overview We are seeking a energetic and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your proactive communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks will help strengthen client relationships and enhance overall service satisfaction. A background in pest control and route scheduling is preferred. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions. Provide product and service information to new and current customers Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services we provide Assist clients with scheduling appointments, service requests, and follow-up communications to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools. Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on service appointments or gather customer feedback for continuous improvement. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients, including multilingual and bilingual customers. Support client services by troubleshooting issues, processing payments or cash handling accurately, and documenting resolutions thoroughly. Technician routing and scheduling using PestRoutes software. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience strategies and share insights from client interactions. Skills Multilingual abilities and bilingual proficiency in English are highly valued for effective communication with diverse clientele (not required). Strong communication aptitude combined with excellent customer support skills to promote services and foster client loyalty. Proven experience in call center environments or customer service roles involving outbound calling and client interaction. Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills to address customer needs confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data entry accuracy, and general computer skills for record keeping and reporting. Analysis skills to assess customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements for service delivery. Experience with cash handling, typing, and managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Schedule routes efficiently utilizing scheduling software and included user-friendly tools to enhance accuracy Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Accurately record detailed customer information and interactions within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested Join us at

Pay:
$38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
